Attract Abundance with One Little Thought

One of the more common mistakes people make in trying to attract abundance is moving too quickly. They try to leap from chronic lack to massive abundance in a single day and get angry when it doesn't work. Not only is this approach incredibly frustrating - it cannot work!

Just as you can't transform from couch potato to professional athlete overnight, you can't build up your "abundance muscles" instantaneously either. If you try to force it, you'll only create more blockages.

Attracting abundance is easy if you take it one step at a time, and you do that by starting with one little thought. And this one little thought should be just slightly better than the thoughts you usually think about money and abundance.

If your thoughts about money usually go something like this: "I never have enough money. I'm so sick of struggling to pay my bills. It's not fair that other people have so much more than I do. The universe must be punishing me for something. I'm a bad person, I don't deserve to be wealthy. I can't get ahead no matter what I do."

You can't jump immediately to thoughts like this: "I am a millionaire. I always have plenty of money. I am living in my dream home. Life is good!"

The energetic frequency of those two lines of thinking are way too far apart; you cannot jump from one to the other instantly like that - your mind will simply keep bouncing right back to those chronic, negative thoughts because that's what it's used to doing.

However, what you CAN do is choose thoughts that feel a little more believable but are still better than the thoughts you normally think.

For example, thoughts like this are easier to stick with: "Somehow everything always works out, even if I have to juggle a few things around. I do believe that more money is coming to me. I do believe that the universe can provide everything I need. I'm willing to trust that I will always have more than enough."

Remember that your thoughts are MAGNETIC. Every thought you think starts attracting more thoughts that are on the same frequency. A thought like "I never have enough money" will immediately begin attracting more thoughts along the lines of never having enough. A thought like, "I do believe things will get better" will immediately attract more thoughts of trust, belief, and optimism.

Those thoughts will trigger corresponding feelings (like confidence, peace, all-is-well) and you will begin radiating a better signal to the universe, which will then alter the results you are getting in your physical surroundings.

How to Choose One Better Thought

If you're not sure how to start choosing better thoughts, start with the most chronic negative thought you have. It may be one of these:

I never have enough money.
I hate being broke.
What did I do to deserve this?
I must not deserve to have money.
I'm not good enough to deserve abundance.
I must be destined to be poor.
The universe (or God) must hate me.
I have to work really hard to receive money.


Choose the one that resonates most strongly with you (or come up with your own if you know what it is) and write it down. Now, consider what kind of thought would feel better to you in relation to that statement.

For example, if you chose "I hate being broke" as your chronic thought, you might write a statement like, "I can imagine what it would feel like to have plenty of money, to buy whatever I needed and really enjoy life." Does that thought make you feel better about money? If so, start saying it repeatedly throughout the day!

As you do, you will begin to gradually transform your thoughts from a focus on lack to a focus on abundance. And as you begin to feel better and better about money and abundance, you will begin to draw more of it into your life.

This is truly the easiest, least painful way to begin transforming your thoughts - just ONE LITTLE THOUGHT at a time.

How to Attract Money: A-B-C of Abundance

Attracting money with the Law of Attraction seems like it should be a piece of cake, but many people still struggle with it. Most often the reason is because they are forgetting just one small part of the process. Today I'm going to share a simple formula that is easy to remember because you can refer to it as the "A-B-C of Abundance".

A is for ATTENTION

The very first step in attracting more money into your life is to be sure you are focusing on abundance - always! Most of us do the opposite; we focus on everything that is going wrong in our lives. Unfortunately, all that does is attract more of the same.

How do you focus on abundance every day? Be *very deliberate* about where you place your attention and make it a daily habit to purposely focus on abundance. You can do this by thinking happily about the abundance you already have, or you can visualize the abundance you know is coming to you soon. You can focus on feeling grateful for everything in your life, and listing dozens of reasons why you are so glad to have them. Believe it or not, you can focus on ANYTHING that makes you feel happy and abundant and you will be moving yourself into an abundance mind-set.

If you do happen to catch yourself focusing on problems or financial lack, worrying or stressing about anything, immediately switch your focus back to abundance again.

This definitely takes practice; remember that your thoughts may habitually keep returning to lack, scarcity and negativity for awhile. Don't get upset about it; simply notice when you do it and then firmly shift your focus back to some expression of abundance. The more you do this, the better you're going to get at controlling those scattered thoughts, and eventually your habit will be to focus on abundance instead of lack.

B is for BELIEF

Beyond focusing more intently on abundance you also need to use the power of your belief to attract money into your life, and you do this by affirming over and over again that more abundance is coming to you.

Have you ever noticed that most people use the power of belief in the other way? They affirm bitterly that things will never get better for them; that things always go wrong for them; that they are "cursed" to live a life of struggle.

If you have ever done this, begin turning it around right now! Here are some things you can say to start building a stronger belief in abundance:

"I know that somehow the universe will help me be more abundant."
"I believe that I deserve more abundance."
"I trust the universe to provide everything I need."
"I know that great things are coming to me now."
"I attract money easily and allow it into my life now."

It may take time to build your belief, but once it reaches a certain level you should notice outer changes happening too.

C is for CONSISTENCY

One of the most common ways people fail to attract money is by giving up too soon! They work at it for a few days, maybe a few weeks, and when results don't come immediately they conclude it didn't work.

If they only knew that they were probably *this close* to seeing results!

Do yourself the biggest favor of your life and commit to working at it for at LEAST 30 days - even if it doesn't seem to work right away. The more consistent and persistent you are, the bigger and more frequent your results should be too.

Attract Money with This Fun and Easy Exercise

Attracting money with the Law of Attraction is easier than most people believe. In fact, it's so easy that many of us end up complicating it to such a degree that it seems harder! Today I'm going to help you get back to basics by focusing on the most important element of attracting money and abundance: YOUR FEELINGS.

Before you begin this exercise, it's very important that you be relaxed. I mean VERY relaxed. Why? Because you cannot attract abundance from a state of tension, frustration or anger. Feeling negative in any way will block your abundance from arriving, plain and simple.

For this exercise you will want to set aside a minimum of 20 minutes and find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Sit quietly in this place and close your eyes. Take some slow, deep breaths and imagine that you can feel tension and stress flowing out of your body with every exhale. Set aside scattered thoughts and tune in to your body as you focus on relaxing every set of muscles from the top of your head down to your feet. Ideally you want to spend a minimum of 10 minutes just on the relaxation portion of the exercise.

Tuning Into Abundance

Once you feel completely relaxed and calm, imagine what it would feel like to have a lot of money. However, I don't want you to visualize in the "traditional" way for this exercise.

Rather than projecting your mind into a future time and seeing yourself living in that future reality where you have plenty of money, instead focus on what it feels like to have a lot of money RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW in your present reality. Imagine that you can FEEL this large sum of money here, in your life right now, and you now see your current circumstances in a totally different way.

You now have plenty of money to pay your bills in full and on time. You now have plenty of money to buy the vehicles you want, live wherever you want, support worthwhile causes, start your own business - whatever financial goals you have, imagine that they are all within your grasp RIGHT NOW.

Focus on how GOOD that feels! Really get into the feeling of having everything you need; that there is no shortage, no lack, no struggle when it comes to money. Enjoy knowing that you never have to worry about money again.

Stay with these wonderful feelings of freedom and peace for as long as you can, ideally 10 minutes or more. If you've never done an exercise like this before, it may take several minutes to really tune into the feelings fully, or you may find that you can tune into them fairly quickly but they slip away easily and you have to start over to capture them again. That's okay! Be patient, keep working at it and it will get easier.

What to Expect

The first thing you'll probably notice after completing this exercise is that you feel GREAT! Physically and emotionally you'll feel very light, calm and happy. Challenges will seem less intimidating and you'll feel hopeful and optimistic about your future.

In my experience this is one of THE most powerful and effective ways to attract money and other forms of abundance, and it usually works FAST - sometimes almost immediately. In some cases it can take longer, especially if you've been struggling with lack for a long time. Also note that the results will often be modest to begin with but if you keep up with the exercise daily you should see your results beginning to grow bigger over time.
